Henna Paste
Directions for Usage:
1. In a cup of hot water, drop your henna paste bottle
for 5 minutes.
2. Shake well
3. Remove cap
4. Shake contents toward tip
5. Squeeze the bottle to dispense on skin
6. Allow to dry for 1 to 2 hours (the paste is usually
dry within 30 minutes). This allows enough time for your skin
to absorb the active ingredient in henna.
9. Let the paste fall off by itself to have a beautiful
henna tattoo. Tattoo will first appear orange and then darken
within 24 to 48 hours.
If needed, apply baby oil or vaseline on henna tattoo area before
washing. Then wipe it with a napkin after the wash. This will
prevent your design from fading prematurely. It is advised to
do this for the first 2 days.
For Best Results:
Wash skin before applying paste. Once the henna paste is relatively
dry, dab lemon juice on the dried paste to wet it again. Let it
dry for another 1-2 hours. This makes your henna tattoo get a
darker imprint. Henna is a product of the sun. It is best activated
by heat and serves as a cooling agent.
Tattoo-Me Henna Kit
Directions for Usage:
1. Put powder in a paper cup or a plastic bag (provided
in your kit).
2. Pour lemon juice gradually as you mix powder to paste.
3. Try to attain a "tooth paste consistency" by thoroughly
mixing the paste.
4. Then add Eucalyptus oil mixture to the paste (1 to 2
hrs later). This will make your paste thinner and more fluid.
5. Pour the mixed paste into applicator cone or platic
bottle if provided.
6. Twist top after pouring done. You're then ready to Tattoo-You
!!!

Wash skin before applying paste. Rub a little bit of eucalyptus
oil on tattoo area, to open pores. Once the henna paste is relatively
dry, dab a little lime or lemon juice to make the henna leave
a darker imprint. Henna is a product of the sun. It is best activated
by heat and serves as a cooling agent.
A note on Mixed vs. non-Mixed Henna Paste:
Most Henna artists like to mix henna powder "fresh" before applying
it. It makes them feel as their mixture gets better results. We
do feel the same way. However, the mixed henna paste warmed up
can give just as good a result as the "freshly" mixed henna. The
way we do it is this way: If you do not have the time and patience
to mix your henna, then warm up the mixed paste. If you do, you'll
have just as much fun mixing it as you would applying it.
